April 18, 2022 — The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers is proud to announce that Michelle Cassidy has been promoted to VP, Employee Benefits National Operations.
Prior to joining The Liberty Company in 2018 as Vice President of Employee Benefits, Michelle worked for 16 years in the benefits industry, making her way through every role, cultivating extensive operational insight, and developing a keen understanding of the client experience. During her tenure with Liberty, she has dedicated her time to building the benefits department, and achieved multiple recognition including Manager of the Year, and Excellence Core Value Award for her leadership and contributions. In her new role as VP, Employee Benefits National Operations, Michelle will serve as a key player in building and leading the national benefits division, with a focus on retention.
