Ellianos Coffee, founded in 2002 by Scott and Pam Stewart and based in the Southeast United States, is positioned as the dominant regional specialty coffee brand. Trevor Hickman, insurance agent at Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, started working in the insurance industry in 1990 and has been working with the Ellianos brand since its inception.
Mr. Hickman worked with Mr. Stewart to insure the first Ellianos location and has since insured several other Ellianos stores. Mr. Hickman’s numerous years of experience as an insurance agent combined with his extensive knowledge of Ellianos’ specific requirements results in greater peace of mind for each franchisee as they move closer to their goal of opening their stores. The Ellianos Coffee franchise is experiencing exponential growth, expecting to rapidly expand in the coming years and offering availability to franchise in 33 states. Mr. Hickman and the Liberty team are eager to help Ellianos franchisees as the brand continues to grow.
